how to shop

Ordering on the mademoiselleflo website is very simple:

Click on the Shop sections to be able to browse on the items. When you have chosen the product you would like to purchase, click on ‘Add to my cart’ to select the item. You can continue to add items to your cart, until you have finally selected all the products of your choice. You can also click on ‘view cart’ at any time to view and update the contents of your shopping cart. (When adding an item to your cart you are not committed to buy it;)

Next, click ‘Go to checkout’, where you will be asked to login to your account. If you don't have one, you can fill in your billing information to create one (it only takes a couple of minutes!). When you have entered the required details, click on ‘Login’ or "Submit".
On the Next page please check all your details are correct and you will be able to choose the shipping method.
Click on "continue the checkout" to enter a discount coupon code or for special instructions, like gift-wrapping.
Click on "continue the checkout" to see the total amount due, including shipping charges.

Next, click ‘Confirm the order’ and you will then be taken to the Paypal secure payment page.

Once you have confirmed your order you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and eChecks through PayPal. Paypal doesn't require to sign up for an account. If you would like a different way of payment, please contact me and we will find a way :)

Items can be shipped worldwide. We use signed mails.
Postage is 4.50 € for the first item
and 0,30 € for any additional item

delivery times

Europe: 5/7 days

Rest of the World: 10/14 days

Items are sent out on thuesday.
Please, keep in mind that mademoiselleflo is a one-girl project. This is way items are shipped only once a week.

return policy

At present we unluckily cannot accept Returns. All sale are final.

packaging and gift packaging

All our items are carefully wrapped with colourful paper and protected with bubble wrap. We also offer free gift-packaging. Items can be sent directly to your friend, upon your request.
